Ayurveda, “The Science of Life”, and Yoga are sister sciences that hold keys to understanding the subtle dynamics of our bodies as they relate to the environment, the seasons, and even the daily cycles. This workshop is designed to give you greater awareness when creating the right diet, exercise program or lifestyle.
· Feel the synergy of implementing yoga that targets the Ayurvedic doshas: Vata (movement), Pitta (metabolism), Kapha (structure).
· Learn Ayurvedic tips and daily self care techniques to optimize well-being.
· Understand the Ayurvedic approach to healthy eating for gently cleansing and rejuvenating the body.
