Whether you are new to Pilates, intermediate, or advanced, it's always good to get back to the basics! In this hour long workshop, we will explore the fundamentals of Mat Pilates. With Pilates, you get more out of your practice by moving from the inside out--harnessing your awareness of the body to use specific muscles while stretching others for a more effective workout. An understanding of the basics will apply not only to Pilates on the mat, but to the habits in your life off of the mat.
