Drawing from the best of her international training in Acrobatics, Thai Yoga Bodywork and Yoga, Deven will help you find wisdom, safety and ease upside-down. This workshop will break down the key elements of the pose through acrobatic training techniques, the support of the wall, and partners; so we can build the pose from the foundation up with ease, and grace exploring different ways to get into and out of handstand safely. No Partner Necessary. Pre-requisite: Comfort in headstand.

Open studio time is available from 8:00-9:30 to move, practice and share contact improv, bodywork, flying partner yoga, or acrobatic techniques with friends. This will be a great opportunity to play with all that you've learned in previous classes and workshops. Deven will be there to support anyone who needs it.
