Dr. Morehead specializes in 19th- and early 20th-century European art, with particular interests in French, German, and Scandinavian artists of the late 19th century. Her talk will link Edvard Munch's explorations of madness in works such as The Scream with the artist's female nudes, shedding light on the artist’s crucial visits to France in the 1890s.
