"Love makes the world go around!" The Beatles knew this as we all do, and even though we may not always have that one special person in our lives, we can still celebrate St. Valentine and all the other ways love manifests in this world.

Maha translates as "Great" and Metta as "Loving-Kindness". Bring your friend, a family member or your partner to this unique community class to celebrate everyone and everything that you love! Find support and be supported for gentle heart opening asana poses; compassionate and relaxing touch through Thai Yoga sequences; partner flow in this healing therapeutics class that will channel and celebrate the deep healing wisdom loving-kindness. Absolutely no experience in Yoga or AcroYoga necessary.
