In this workshop we will practice a gentle slow flow of yoga. Guided meditation will set the stage to We will explore a life yet unrealized, by examining the ways in which we close and constrict ourselves. We will practice metta, creating intentions of loving kindness towards ourselves and for the benefit of all beings. As we enhance our ability to surrender deeper into the physical body a sense of ease brings balance and equanimity to our intuitive nature. This immersion of the heart/mind and body gives us a stable foundation to expand into being.
