Description:
The Santa Barbara City College Orchestra teams up with the Concert Choir, under the direction of Nathan Kreitzer, to perform a piece of epic proportions, 'A German Requiem' by Johannes Brahms. Featuring soloists Prissie Barbour (Mezzo soprano) and Jarrod Olson (Baritone).
As a prelude to the requiem, James Mooy will conduct the SBCC Orchestra playing Johann Sebastian Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor, transcribed for orchestra by Leopold Stokowski.
