Description:

Come explore ra'yoKa yoga, a distinctive and fresh practice that combines breath-centered yoga flow and alignment with dynamic balance and core conditioning. We'll use cardiovascular, explosive martial arts movement with yoga to promote power and increase flexibility for total body balance and mind-body integration. This fitness system is organized into seven levels based on chakras or disks of our bodies. For this class we will focus on Level Orange for Detoxification. We will target the pelvic region below the naval, including hips, sacrum, and spleen, with twists, Uddiyana Bandhas and hip opening poses. Unlocking this area of the body stimulates detoxification by activating elimination channels. Mostly asana.
