When: Tuesday, March 2, 2010, 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Where: Schott Ctr., 310 W. Padre St., Santa Barbara

Cost: Free

Age limit: 18+

Categories: Lectures

Description:

Whether you're beginning a new project OR want to live a little more creatively, this workshop helps us express ourselves more comfortably, creatively, and consciously. We’ll examine what feeds and blocks our creativity so we can successfully replace old habits with resources that allow and inspire us to live more imaginatively and easefully. We'll contemplate ‘experts'’ advice about the creative process, and mostly, through visualization techniques, movement, art, writing exercises, and play, we'll practice being more creative NOW.
