Sessions to ring in 2011 with intention and renewed joy will include a variety of opportunities for meditation, journaling, poetry, and reflection outdoors amidst La Casa’s 26 acre natural park-like enclave. For those seeking a deeper experiential retreat, there is also a 24 hour intensive from Friday, Dec. 31 at 4 p.m. through Saturday, Jan. 1, 4 p.m.
