Four-part childbirth class series led by Jennifer Krispi, RN, will cover the labor process, techniques for coping with pain, medical intervention options, newborn care, breastfeeding, and recovery following delivery.

Jennifer Krispi has been helping families through the labor and delivery process in Santa Barbara for over 25 years, first at Goleta Valley and now at Cottage Hospital. In 2007, she was given the Parent’s Choice Award for best doula and labor / delivery RN. In this 4 part childbirth class series, Jennifer covers the laboring process, techniques for coping with pain, medical intervention options, newborn care, breastfeeding and recovery following delivery. These classes are scheduled as four weekly sessions (July 20, July 27, Aug 3, Aug 10) from 11am to 1pm so feel free to bring a lunch in for the session.
