Westmont College Music Department and Santa Barbara City College's Quire of Voyces present Santa Barbara Choral Festival. The Festival is an exciting day of encouragement and affirmation for young singers and audiences alike. High school singers from throughout Southern California will have the opportunity to be mentored by Westmont and Santa Barbara City College faculty and inspired by the college choirs. Participating schools have workshops in the afternoon and will be joined together for the evening concert program.
