Learn how this practice can be an effective key support in the process of healing, recovery and transformation. Centering Prayer is drawn from the ancient prayer practices of the Christian contemplative heritage. It facilitates the movement into receptive prayer resting in God.
Randy F. and Suzanne Dunn are involved in leadership as Centering Prayer practitioners and work with Contemplative Outreach in Ventura and Santa Barbara.
