Meeting at the front steps of the Museum of Art,

Dress warmly and bring dripless candles in wax cups, signs, banners, flags speaking to global warming, and the urgent need to lower the global carbon level from the present 380 to 350 ppm where the earth must be to survive healthfully. Santa Barbara sends this message in the middle of the two-week meeting of the U.N. Climate talks in Copenhagen and to U. S. President Barack Obama.
