Sam Young, a facilitaor from Ireland who works with the themes from the Power of Now and The Artists Way, will work with the practices of Eckhart Tolle such as dissolving the pain body and the inner body work. There will be guided meditations, experiential exercises, silence and dialogue. This will be a day of quiet to move us beyond our active mind and emotions to inner peace and serenity.
