Description: The S.B. County Genealogical Society maintains the extensive Sahyun Genealogical Library. In that the library and all the resources as well as programs sponsored by the Society depend on a large pool of talented volunteers, the Society periodically honors individuals who have contributed exemplary time and talent to the Society and the library. This year, three individuals will be honored for their significant contributions: Merna McClenathen and Louise and Gary Matz. The honorees are dedicated members of the Society and have contributed untold amounts of time to the success of the Society’s mission which is to enhance and assist individuals in their quest to discover family history.
