African Dinners go Vegetarian!

Description: Pacific Crepes and African Catering present an evening of West African vegetarian food prepared by Senegalese native Bara Fall.
The prixfixe menu includes appetizer, entree, and dessert and two specialty
drinks. Beginning with Accra, a white bean and garlic dumpling appetizer
served with a spicy tomato onion dipping sauce (shown in photo), an entree
of Senegalese Ratatouille, which celebrates the vegetable bounty of the
Farmer's Market, to a dessert of a very rich and moist Nearly Flourless
French Chocolate Cake, served with the traditional drinks Bissap and
Senegalese Green Tea with Mint. Wine is for sale in addition by the glass
or by the bottle. Reservations are recommended.
