Description: Charles Wolf, Jr. is senior economic adviser and corporate fellow in international economics at RAND and professor of Public Policy in the RAND Graduate School. He received his B.S. and Ph.D degrees in economics from Harvard. From 1967 until June 1981, he was head of RAND’s Economics Department, and thereafter was director of RAND research in international economics. He was the founding dean of the RAND Graduate School, and served in that capacity from 1970 to 1997. His main research and policy interests are the international economy, international security and the relations between them.
