Description: Known for his nocturnes of landscape and architectural scenes, Thomas Van Stein created a new series of paintings that explore classic Southern California buildings for this show. He seeks harmonious relationships between visual elements in the natural and built environment.
Mr. Van Stein is an active member of The Oak Group, whose members donate proceeds from their landscape paintings towards the preservation of open space.
