Description: Court Appointed Special Advocates provides children in foster care with an advocate in order to have their voices heard and to insure a safe and permanent home for all children.

New committee chairwomen include Gwat Bhattacharjie, scholarship; Nan Burns and Janet Baker, hospitality; Linda Kaiser, community relations; Dottie Manzo, reservations; Marge Wardlaw, telephone tree; and Rita Rink, publicity.
