Description: The State Ballet of Georgia will make its area debut with more than 50 dancers in an evening length performance of Giselle with Bolshoi and American Ballet Theatre prima ballerina Nina Ananiashvili in the title role on Tuesday, February 19 at 8 pm at the Arlington Theatre. Led by Ananiashvili and Associate Director Alexei Fadeyechev, the Bolshoi’s former Artistic Director, the highly promising ensemble recently made its first American appearance at June’s Spoleto Festival to rave reviews.
