Description: Dance, drum, watch, listen, eat, and drink at the S.B. Middle East Festival, Moon Over Morocco, VI. The public is invited to take a magic carpet ride through the casbahs of Morocco, Egypt, Turkey and Afghanistan. Shop for wonderful gifts in the Souk, take free drum, belly dance and line dance classes. Try henna art and eat sumptuous Moroccan food from Chef Karim's popular Moroccan Restaurant. Don’t miss the spectacular concert featuring Alexandra King and guests Tamra-henna, Elizabeth Strong, Cris Zahirah, Lesa, Saundra and Seher, as well as the UCSB Middle East Ensemble. Dances from Egypt, Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey will be presented.
