Description:
Each year, some 25,000 undocumented students graduate from CA high schools. Many of them are accepted to premier CA public colleges and universities. But being unable to provide proof of in-state residency, they often are not considered for low in-state tuition and other forms of state financial aid. As a result, many are effectively barred from pursuing a higher education, the key to their future success.
