Description:
These retreat days offer an opportunity for communal prayer practice. A brief introduction to Centering Prayer will be offered to beginners. The retreat will provide time for communal centering prayer, a meditation walk, time for private journaling and reflection. We will gather from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and begin our practice at 10:00 am. The retreat will conclude at 1:00 pm.
