Description: A workshop based on Dr. Marshall Rosenberg's Compassionate Communication Techniques designed to enhance your listening and expressing skills. This free workshop will help you learn how to express yourself to be heard and understood, how to build trust, and teach skills for forgiveness. Special time will be devoted to practicing your new skills and will end with a group sing along.
