The blog is hosted by Wally Hofmann, a journalist for more than 25 years, former weekly newspaper publisher/editor in the Eastern High Sierra, husband, and father of two adult children. He's a member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC), and a LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
