History

John “Whoolilicious” Whooliluire (Hula-Lurie) recently moved to Santa Barbara with his wife Moriah (a SB Local). In the last few years he has performed at the SB Bowl, the Lobero, the SoHo, and other venues with a number of different groups including a band with his wife “MoJoW & the Vibration Army.” He currently works as manager of Nick Rail Music SB and is grateful to call this wonderful town his home.

Whoolilicious is a Jazz, Funky Soul and Rock 'n Roll One Man Band. His creative musical performance combines loops, sax, keys, bass, beat box and voice. His jazz set sounds like a full combo, while his dance set is a fusion of a modern one man band and a DJ.
